My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were spacious and quiet with a comfortable bed, perfect for me and my two children. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff always ready to assist, and thoughtful touches for our dog in the room. The location in the Swiss Alps was charming, though a bit formal, and the dining experience, while good, had a small hiccup with extra charges for fresh juice. Overall, a great value for money option with a modern yet cozy ambiance.
